1460 George and the Dragon 8 Eye Boot
Belgian artist Rogier van der Weyden (1400 – 1464) depicts Saint George saving a princess by subduing a fierce dragon with his lance. The legend of St George and the Dragon is thought to have started as early as 3rd century BC. St George is also the patron saint of England and is a symbol for gallantry, chivalry and courage.
The classic 8-Eye Dr. Martens boot gets a brand new look on top of a signature air-cushioned sole, welted for comfort and durability. A great addition to Dr Martens Reinvented range, which plays with history to create something new.
